martin and muhammad

with martin luther king jr.'s birthday/holiday on the horizon, is a good time to remember him and another great african american whose birthday almost coincides, 2 days and 13 years later, muhammad ali, nee cassius clay.

martin is mostly remembered for 'i have a dream', but to me his most memorable public speech was his last one, the evening prior to his assassination in memphis, in which he presciently told his audience he might not live much longer. it's like he knew what was coming and had the courage to embrace it. unforgettable!:

martin's assassination, like several other high profile assassinations of progressive leaders of his time, was the product of establishment conspiracy, elaborately planned and executed with, of course, a 'lone nut' patsy carefully groomed to take the blame. this was revealed by the great work of dr. william f. pepper, who has written several books and given many speeches on it, which of course have never been covered by corrupt deep state controlled big corporate media:

muhammad ali is another fascinating story. his refusal to join the u.s. army during the evil vietnam war was also very courageous and inspiring:
